Based in Scarsdale, New York, Gotham Cabinetry & Design is a fully integrated millwork and design studio creating spaces defined by precision, restraint, and intention.
Our work goes beyond cabinetry. We design environments where proportion, materiality, and function are considered at the highest level—resulting in spaces that feel effortless, but are anything but.
Every project is approached through a design philosophy rooted in storytelling—where layout, flow, and detail are carefully orchestrated to reflect how our clients live, move, and experience their home.

A curated collection of custom millwork, stone, and architectural materials, each selected for its ability to elevate a space beyond the expected.
Backed by our in-house carpentry team, every project is executed with control, precision, and accountability—from initial concept through final installation.

Husband and Wife Duo, Billy & Kris Devito are the leadership team behind Gotham Cabinetry & Design.
In 2017, they took a 60-year-old Family business and rebranded it with one idea: “No one can do what we do”
Now, more than 8 years later Gotham holds strong as a reflection of their innovation, expertise, and ability to offer a One-Team approach from Concept to Completion.

Born in Gravesend Brooklyn to an Italian American Family, Kris Devito started her career in fashion design. Having spent 15 years traveling the world studying color, sourcing materials, and working in production; in 2017 Kris took leap of faith when her husband came home and said “Can you design cabinetry?”
Having come from a family in the construction industry, interiors was a natural transition where her expertise in materials and color became the cornerstone of the Gotham Design Philosophy.
“I believe design should make you feel something, it should draw emotion to be done right. Designing is not about selecting what is pretty to me, it’s about executing the clients vision and creating something that tells their story… harmonious from room to room, and intentional in every detail. My philosophy is about storytelling, innovating, and feeling… any other approach is not design.”
EVERYONE’S FAVORITE GUY
Born in the Bronx, to an Italian immigrant Family, Billy Devito has Over 20 years experience in the Construction Industry.
One of the most trusted and well respected contractors in the community, Billy finds himself at the center of integrity, humility, and honesty.

Billy started his career in the south bronx working in commercial construction, and over the years, his experience has expanded to all facets of the industry from commercial, residential, education, and real estate development.
Billy believes in operating under a code that “reputation is everything. Attaching my name to a project is more important than the dollar value. We build to the client’s vision and provide guidance to value engineer the best possible product.
Fun Fact: Billy is a collegiate athlete, and upon request is happy to share his highlight reel.

WE GO WAY BACK
For over six decades, Gotham has been providing quality customer service and cabinetry to the community. Beginning in a tiny showroom in Yonkers NY, Gotham is now a standout business servicing generations of clients and hundreds of partners throughout the Tri-state area.
Although our showroom has changed, our roots and history are remain in Westcheser County. Generations of families have trusted our team to carefully and thoughtfully assist in their home renovations. We take pride in passing down our legacy of customer service and quality.
